Job Description

a hardworking Store Manager to fill a position. See details about Duties and

Responsibilities
- Purchasing and budgeting
- Attend to customer complaints
- Assist when hiring staff when there are open positions.
- Opening and closing the store according to schedule.
- Staff discipline when required.
- Ensure submission of leave forms and all required for payroll processing.
- Ensuring staff work allocated shifts.
- Ensure smooth running of the store at all times.
- Manage the overall store and staff.
- Stock Taking (profits and losses)
Job Requirements
- Have Valid driver’s license.
- Be Computer Literate.
- Ten (10) years Retail experience.
- Experience working with up to 100 staff members.
- Include your current salary.
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- Five (5) years Management experience.
- Be available for work within 1 month.
- Be prepared to work shifts including weekends and public holidays.
