The company specializes in the Marketing, Management and Maintenance of
residential and commercial developments. An ideal candidate who meet the
requirements of the job will be in responsible for efficiently running the
daily office operations. Qualifying individuals who meet the requirements may

Job Type: Full Time (Monday to Friday)

Responsibility
- Ability to provide guests with a
hospitable experience
- Process monthly invoices for managed properties on WeConnect online system
- Ability to manage maintenance program for properties through the online
system
- Ensuring effective communication both internally and externally
- Supervise the maintenance of equipment, office areas and facilities
- Be able to interact with IT, phone and building personnel as needed
Requirements
- The ability to multi-task, organize
and prioritize work
- Basic bookkeeping skills and
knowledge of the WeConnectu program
- Realty background a bonus
- Microsoft Office suite (Outlook,
Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) proficiency
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have great Attitude and work ethic
