Requirements
- Two years
previous experience in Debt collection
- Have Grade
12 (Matric)
- Be a team
worker
- Knowledge
of Municipal services such as water, electricity and sewage
- Be
Computer Literate
- Have
excellent organizational skills and the ability to priorities
- Data Entry
skills (Speed and Accuracy) required
- Be
proficient in English and another language
- Twelve Months
experience in Municipality or Government sector

Outstanding communication skills on the Phone, Email and in person
- Excellent
negotiation skills required
