Job Description

 

A company is looking for experienced Inbound or Outbound Controller to work in a logistic environment. Below are the requirements and responsibilities associated with the job.

 

 

Responsibilities

 

-File Office documents

-Capture relevant data onto label system and printing of quarantine and sample stickers.

-Order CHEP pallets in line with production requirements.

-Check material due dates on arrival before drivers offload.

-Process incoming material per customer order number and supplier batch number into SAP.

-Material control on various ERP systems.

-Book loads for outbound deliveries.

-Complete delivery notes for any returns or collections.

-Process outbound deliveries on SAP, JDE, AX and myCHEP.

-Assis with quarterly stock take, capturing and reconciliation.

 

 

Job Requirements

 

-Analytical thinker with ability to work independently.

-Knowledge of different ERP systems.

-Two to three work years experience in similar role.

-Proficient with SAP.

-FMCG experience

-Have Matric (Grade 12) – Candidate with mathematics preferred.

-Be accurate with speed.
